Build Your AI Co-Operating System

From Zero to a Daily AI Workflow That Compounds

What You'll Build

Most people use AI like a search engine. Ask a question, get an answer, close the tab. The session ends and nothing carries forward.

This course builds something different: a system where your AI remembers your projects, knows your context, executes repeatable workflows, and gets better the longer you use it. Not because of some magic feature — because you've built the infrastructure that makes it possible.

By the end of the seven modules, you'll have:

  • An Obsidian vault — local-first, markdown-based, structured for how knowledge actually flows through your life.
  • Claude Code configured — with a CLAUDE.md that gives your AI the context it needs to stop guessing and start helping.
  • A daily workflow — capture, process, act. A morning routine that takes minutes and compounds over months.
  • Mobile capture — your vault on your phone, so nothing interesting escapes before you can write it down.
  • Automatic integrations — email and calendar flowing into your vault without manual effort.
  • Custom commands — repeatable workflows triggered by a single slash command.
  • A path forward — understanding of what's possible so you know when to add complexity and when to leave it alone.

Time commitment: About 2 hours across the modules. Best completed in order — each one builds on the last.

  1. Foundation: Your Vault

Install Obsidian, build the PARA folder structure, and create the local-first knowledge base your AI will live inside.

  2. Claude Code: Your AI Partner

Install Claude Code, write your first CLAUDE.md, and have your first real conversation with an AI that can see your actual system.

  3. Daily Workflow

Build the capture-process-act cycle. Daily notes, an inbox that doesn't pile up, and a morning routine you'll actually follow.
