csAIi is what happens when you treat AI as a collaborator instead. You invest in teaching it who you are, how you work, what you value. In return, it gets better at helping you --- not because the underlying model improves, but because the context you’ve built compounds over time.
The human stays in the loop as the point of the system, not its safety net. Every significant decision runs through a person. The system flags, proposes, drafts, and organises. The human judges, decides, corrects, and directs.
