Token Overhead Every integration adds complexity. More connections doesn’t mean better. Add when you feel friction, not preemptively.
Integration is the payoff --- but only after the first three layers make it meaningful. Strong context, proven skills, and capable agents get exponential value from connecting those pieces to actual tools and workflows.
